It is recommended that you follow your provider’s current Oral Glucose Glucose Load Test protocol. 

Per the American Diabetes Association, a 75-gram oral glucose tolerance test is to be administered while fasting with a baseline fasting blood glucose draw.For an enjoyable patient experience, consume the beverage cold.  Take care that you consume the entirety of the product within 5 minutes for accurate results.  Subsequent plasma glucose measurements will be taken at 1-hour and 2-hour. Please refer to your provider or laboratory for more information.
