It is recommended that you follow your provider’s current Oral Glucose Tolerance Test protocol.
Per the American Diabetes Association, a 100-gram oral glucose tolerance test is to be administered while fasting. The Fresh Test® Glucose Powder will need to be reconstituted with 10 ounces of water. For an enjoyable patient experience, consume the beverage cold. Take care that you consume the entirety of the product within 5 minutes for accurate results. Subsequent plasma glucose measurements will be taken at 1-hour, 2-hour and 3-hour. Please refer to your provider, Labcorp's ACOG Recommendations or laboratory for more information.
