It is recommended that you follow your office's current Oral Glucose Tolerance Test protocol. 

Per the American Diabetes Association, a 75-gram oral glucose tolerance test is to be administered while fasting.  The Fresh Test® 75-gram Glucose Powder will need to be reconstituted with 10 ounces of water.  For an enjoyable patient experience, encourage your patient to consume the beverage cold.  Take care that your patient consumes the entirety of the product within 5 minutes for accurate results.  Subsequent plasma glucose measurements will be taken at 1-hour and 2-hour.
